This was the cake I have been most excited about to date. I sculpted the cowboy and horse by hand. They were then covered in fondant and painted. Everyone loved the cake, however, they were more impressed when they found out the figures were not purchased at the store as cake toppers.

Wow Josh, i can't believe you sculpted the cowboy and horse - they look awesome! You're so artistic!!!! I love the way they're standing too - with the cowboy pulling the horse - too funny!
Hey you bloggin' fool! Tryin to keep up with the Jones' I see...JK!! Seriously, though, I love the Cowboy cake (& Dillon does too)! I wish I could have seen it in real life and tasted it too :-) Keep up the good work. We seriously need to figure out how you can ship those things!
